We'll prepare the fires for you at night. You bring your favorite food.
Your guides Leo and Asa live in Iceland and have been during this trip for years. They will show you the riches!
Want to move solo? No problem, you will be handed a map from the guides that took many years to create for you to enjoy alone if you wish to.
If you wish to have a medical cover, you should arrange it before your trip.
Expected fuel costs: 180€ per week.
Food - If you buy food in the supermarket and cook in the van, estimate around €100/person for the week.
Dinner at a restaurant - From €30pp incl one drink.
Experience the blinding light of the midnight sun and the inexplicable diversity of the Icelandic landscape with great friends during one week of Vanlife.

Less than a year ago, Vanlife Iceland got born; after a brainstorm session, Leo and Asa decided to host a Covid-Safe trip surrounded by international friends.
In July 2021, they hosted their third sold-out Vanlife Iceland week, with 50 incredible, adventurous souls from all over the world.
Asa wrote, "Seeing all the smiles, with Iceland's beautiful sunset at Seljarlandsfoss brought me so much joy and tears of happiness. Hope to see more of you coming in the coming years. "

We celebrate this trip in the summer months. That's when the weather is best and the roads more secure. Our events are for anyone who wants to live in a van for a week and explore Iceland together with a group of great people.

Iceland is perfect for vanlife, much due to the fact that you will never have any problems finding a good shower. Luckily there’s plenty of options, here’s what’s on offer:
Camp site showers
Every night we will be parked at a campsite. This is the law in Iceland, campers are not allowed to stay overnight in the wild. All the campsites we visit have showers and toilets to make your life as a vanlifer as comfortable as possible. You can also fill up your water tank and get rid of trash here.
Natural Hot Springs
Experience-wise it doesn’t get any better. Iceland has plenty of natural hot springs, some along the road and some hidden deep in valleys or high up mountains.
Local pools
Iceland has a long tradition of geothermal heat and taking hot baths. In more or less every town, ever so small, there’s a local 100% sustainable swimming pool.

11% of Iceland’s surface is covered by glaciers. Vatnajökull is the largest one in Europe and for two days of our road trip you’ll be driving alongside it with views like this. The glacier tongues come down the valleys and form large lagoons when the ice melt and summertime icebergs float around in them.

Last week we made a van a home, drove over 186 miles, jumped in waterfalls, BBQ’d on the beach, hiked hidden canyons, climbed glaciers and celebrated midsommar.
